Please plan to attend the next meeting for the Northwest Georgia IMCP Advanced Manufacturing Strategy, which will be held on Thursday, September 18th from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the Gordon County Agricultural Service Center (auditorium), 1282 Highway 53 Spur, SW Calhoun, Georgia 30701. This working group meeting will be held immediately following the meeting of the Northwest Georgia Regional Council.
The purpose of this meeting is to once again break into our working groups: 1) workforce training and education, 2) infrastructure, 3) research, innovation & sustainability, 4) partnerships, and 5) marketing (new group), and continue the project implementation plans presented at our August 11th meeting. The working groups should focus on building a pathway toward implementing one or two key projects.
