The regular monthly meeting of the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (NWGRC) Council will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the Rome Civic Center, located at 400 Civic Center Drive in Rome, Georgia.
A special guest speaker will be Mike Beatty, former Commissioner, Georgia Department of Community Affairs. And, we will have a presentation on Georgia’s Rural Center Vanpool Transportation Study Project in Northwest Georgia, introduced by Janet Cochran, Project Manager, Center for Rural Prosperity and Innovation, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
